Senior Library

The Senior Library is used by P4 to P7 classes. Children learn research and information retrieval skills as well as reading for pleasure. The library is organised by our VP Mrs Simpson.

Infant Library

The Infant Library is used by P1 to P3 classes. Books are organised using a simple colour coding system. The library is used by teachers and classroom assistants for shared reading and storytelling. Parents are also welcome to use the library.

ICT Suite

The ICT Suite has sixteen networked computers, a microscope, scanner and data projector. Each classroom also has a mimimum of five computers, with some having as many as ten systems.

Music Room

The Music Room is the base for class music-making activities, instrumental tuition, percussion and the school choir.

School Museum

The school museum houses a wide range of artefacts which illustrate school and home life in the Recent Past. There are also displays on Early Technology, the Vikings and the Victorians. It has won the school an award.

Art, Science & Technology Room

In this room, the children enjoy practical activities in a less formal setting.

Structured Play Unit

The Structured Play Unit is an active learning environment for junior children. Pupils engage in sand and water play, role play and construction activities. Facilities include a home corner, a shop, a cafe, a hospital and a dressing up area.
