The school provides Religious Education in accordance with the NEELB scheme. Collective worship is also conducted three mornings per week, where visiting ministers/pastors participate in some of the school's assemblies. These assemblies reflect the school's Christian ethos.
The school welcomes all pupils irrespective of belief and parents who wish, may withdraw their child from any aspect of religious education or worship.
The school encourages a charitable attitude in both pupils and staff. A regular charity collection is taken up each Monday. Some of our supported charities include:-
- Poppy appeal
- Lifeboat appeal
- Sponsorship of two children in Guatemala through Adopt-a-Child
- Dog sponsorship through the Canine Defence League
