Environmental Awards

Eco School
The eco flag was awarded to our school in 1997, 1999 and 2001 for environmental projects involving paper and aluminium recycling, school grounds development and energy conservation. We hope to renew it this year.

Awarded for Best Kept Medium School in the NEELB.

WWF Our World
In 2002 our school was the N.Ireland winner of the WWF "Our World Schools Challenge". This prestigious award resulted in £15,000 for school grounds development as well as the opportunity for Mr. Brownlow and Peter Burton, a P6 pupil, to represent WWF at the United Nations World Summit in Johannesburg.
